UM-401-400 Half Capper Binding Machine

The UM-401-400 is a sewing machine for half capping/bucket making applications. This process eliminates half of the tape edging operation and can be done in your sewing department and not by a tape edge operator. The UM-401-400 features a unique drag pressure system combined with our VTF (variable top feed) sewing system to create even matching borders. On other half capping machines, the operator will have to pull and tug to achieve even materials, but the UM-401-400 with the correct drag pressure adjustments this is all done automatically.
